To set-up your e-mail in Microsoft Outlook Express:
- Open Outlook Express.
- Go to Tools -> Accounts in the menu.
- Click Add -> Mail.
- Type your name in the Display name field, and then click Next.
- Type your full e-mail address in the Email address field, and then click Next.
- Type mail.yourdomain.com (for example, mail.kncihosting.com) in the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server fields, and then click Next.
- Type your full e-mail address in the Account name field.
- Type your e-mail password in the Password field, and then click Next.
- Select the account you just created, and then click Properties.
- Click the Servers tab, and then check the box ”My server requires authentication”.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Type ”26″ in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field.
- To leave a copy of incoming messages on the server for a period before removing them, so that they are accessible via webmail, check the box “Leave a copy of messages on server”, and then check the box “Remove from server after _ days”. We recommend setting this to 7 days or less, to avoid filling up your mailbox on the server.
- Click OK.
