Archive & Remove Mail from the Server using Outlook

You don’t have to delete old mail though, you can move the mail off the server and on to your local computer. Empty Email Trash Folder on the Server

If you use IMAP to access your e-mail on your phone or computer, or you use webmail on the server, you may end up with a large Trash folder. This doesn’t count against your personal mailbox quota, but it does count against your hosting account’s overall quota, so it is a good idea to empty it periodically. Also, if you clean up your mailbox my deleting a large amount of mail at once, you’ll also need to empty the trash when you’re done to fully clear the space.

Changing Your Email Password

We highly recommend changing your email password on our server periodically, and using strong passwords to avoid your account being compromised. Use the instructions below to log in to webmail to change your password. Once you change your password, you will need to update your email program on your computer, as well as your cell phone and tablets, with the new password. In addition, if you have any services (such as Gmail) that login to your account to send or receive email, you will need to update them with your new password as well.
